To further deepen school-enterprise cooperation, broaden student employment channels, enhance student employment competitiveness, and strengthen close ties between the School and enterprises, the School of Foreign Studies of Jiangnan University carried out a special action on enterprise visits and post expansion to promote employment at CaSearching Group on November 21, 2025. Participants from the School included Party Secretary Li Ronghua, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean Ji Wangfei, Vice Dean Yang Yong, Teacher Xu Min from the College English Extension Department, and Counselor Zha Boying. From CaSearching Group, attending the meeting were Tang Ziyu, Director of Administration and Public Affairs; Liu Chan, Recruitment Manager of the Human Resources Department; and Shi Chunxia, Manager of Administration and Public Affairs.
At the beginning of the activity, the School delegation toured the company’s office environment and business exhibition area, gaining a detailed understanding of its development history, business scope, market positioning, and future strategic planning. As an influential enterprise in the industry, CaSearching Group possesses rich experience and a broad service layout in human resources services and related fields. Its innovative business model and positive development momentum left a deep impression on the visitors.
During the subsequent discussion and exchange symposium, Tang Ziyu extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the School of Foreign Studies. Tang introduced the company’s current recruitment needs and talent standards. He stated that with the continuous expansion of the company’s business, especially in exploring international markets, the demand for compound talents possessing foreign language skills and cross-cultural communication abilities is growing increasingly. Students cultivated by the School of Foreign Studies have advantages in language skills and cultural literacy, which align well with the company’s talent needs. He looked forward to in-depth cooperation with the School in areas such as internships, employment, and talent cultivation. Li Ronghua introduced the basic situation of the School, including its faculty strength, discipline construction, and talent cultivation model. She emphasized that the School has always been committed to cultivating “foreign language +” compound talents, continuously optimizing its major offerings and curriculum system in line with societal development needs. She expressed hope that through this enterprise visit and post expansion effort, a long-term, stable cooperative relationship could be established with CaSearching to promote in-depth collaboration in internship practice, employment recruitment, cross-cultural training, and other areas. Ji Wangfei introduced the employment situation of the School’s 2025 graduating class, including students’ major distribution and employment intentions.
This enterprise visit and post expansion action to promote employment is an important measure by the School of Foreign Studies to actively implement the university’s employment work deployment. Through in-depth exchanges and cooperation with Wuxi CaSearching Group, the School has gained a further understanding of enterprise talent demands, building a more solid bridge between the enterprise and students from the School.
